What is your refund policy?

If Conscious Items are not meeting your expectations, we will make sure to offer solutions to regain customer satisfaction.

Please make sure to contact us at support@consciousitems.com and send us images/videos within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Any requests after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

We would like to understand why you’re not satisfied so that we can improve our items and overall service next time!

Once it is established that a refund is the only solution, we will process it immediately.

Please note that the refund may take up to 30 days to be credited to your card for the Debit/Credit card payment or 3-5 business days for PayPal payment.
